Jukem Football Deck
The Jukem Football deck packs a lot of offensive and defensive action into 56 total cards.
The game’s fundamentals are still the same as the Rookie deck – outscore your opponent, match pass and catch cards to complete passes, move exactly 100 yards for touchdowns. But now you have many new types of plays at your disposal both offensively and defensively.
New additions on the offensive side include a Kick Return card, a Pancake Block card and a Pass “Range” card. The Kick Return card is used on the first play of your drive and takes you to midfield. The Pancake Block flattens your opponent and adds 10 yards to any run play. The new Pass “Range” card allows you to move more quickly downfield by making it easier to match with Catch cards. The Pass cards have yardage values of 5-20, 25-40 and 45-75. A 5-20 Pass card can be matched with any Catch card of 5, 10, 15 or 20 yards.
There are plenty of additions on the defensive side of the ball. The most noticeable are two red defensive cards – fumble and interception. Both cards remove your opponent’s entire drive. There is also a second yellow defensive card – a Blitz card - that removes your opponent’s last play.
